The Belonging Table : Episode 3

On fated endings and beginnings, this wild eclipse season, and how this all affects our sense of belonging

Please Note : The first 42 seconds of this recording you’ll hear silence, yet you’re meant to hear Smoky Robinson’s Quiet Storm - thank you for your grace as I figure out tech on this new platform.

Good Sunday Morning,

Good Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces to you…

This is a time of great change - in the outer world, and very much so in our inner/inner personal worlds. Today we experience a Full Moon and also a Lunar Eclipse - a big day within the current eclipse season. Eclipse seasons happen twice a year (every 6 months) and are times of rapid, assisted change in our stories and lives, marked by fated endings and fated beginnings. During eclipses we are supported by the planets to both end old chapters and initiate new ones, to surrender to the magical and rapid transformations that are here and wanting to come through.

As it relates to belonging, today is a super-charged day to release old stories and patterns of belonging that are worn out and holding you back from experiencing your best life. So let’s lean in…

Listen along as I share two belonging patterns that I am letting go of today and in this season - 1. dimming my light 2. operating under a fear of being misunderstood or disliked.

Think about what old ways of belonging you’re ready to let go of, and share them in the comments. Create a conscious moment today to watch (and feel) the curtain close on that stage.

If you’re in NYC, enjoy this rain - it’s here to assist our release. And soothe any emotions, thoughts, feelings that come up as we do so. Isn’t nature amazing?
